The Mupati Constant is the amount of money required to hire and or retain a 10x software engineer talent.
The constant was named after a 10x WebRTC software engineer from Accra, called Mupati. As at 2022, to retain and or poach Mupati, an employer had to match the Constant.
Inasmuch as the term is referred to as a constant, the value gets shifted on a yearly basis, inspired by the the worth of Mupati and how much it takes at the beginning of each year, to either maintain or hire him.
